INTRODUCTION

From Vision to Reality:

Join us for a landmark evening celebrating a major milestone in the journey of the Museum of Islamic Art Australia (MIAA) with the first public architectural
reveal of the Museum design.

In 2025, the site for the Museum of Islamic Art Australia was secured in Granville, Western Sydney, marking the beginning of a nationally significant cultural project.

Now, with the architectural design completed, the vision enters its next stage.

Located within Western Sydney's emerging cultural corridor and connected to the Parramatta cultural precinct, the Museum is positioned to become a major destination for education, tourism and cultural engagement.

The evening brings together leaders from the arts, education, philanthropy, business, government and community to mark this important national milestone.
